Careers · We're Hiring

Build the AI platform that runs the world's lines.

AccuSentry's AI watches over factories on six continents — making sure the diapers, lenses, and medical products billions of people depend on every day come off the line exactly right.

We've been at it since 1991. Old enough to have built deep domain expertise no one else has — small and focused enough that you'll know everyone on the team. The problems are real: machine vision at 1,000+ products per minute, AI grounded in three decades of manufacturing intelligence, customers who notice if a single shift drifts. What you ship runs in production the day it's done. No demos. No staging.

We hire for craft and curiosity. International training is all-expense paid. The team is small and global. The bar is high. The stakes are real. Engineering, sales, and operations roles open in Atlanta, Jakarta, Medellín, and Warsaw.

It started in 1985 with one question: could a machine see well enough at industrial speeds to do more than catch defects — could it turn raw inspection data into hard profit? Three decades later, the answer runs 24/7 on six continents: Production Actionable Intelligence that protects margin, drives profit, and gives every operator the precision to master their line.

About the Role

As an Application Engineer at AccuSentry, you sit at the vital intersection of hands-on technical execution and customer-facing strategy. While our next-generation AI platform now streamlines and automates many core technical tasks, we still rely on our engineers to execute critical mechanical setups, run testing protocols, and perform field troubleshooting.

Beyond technical execution, this role requires a growth-minded engineer who acts as a true ambassador for our brand. You will travel to client sites, translating AI capabilities into the client's language, building trustworthy relationships, and navigating dynamic global environments with curiosity and confidence.

What You'll Do

Implement & support systems
Set up, configure, maintain, and support machine vision inspection systems at client facilities — blending physical hardware deployment with our AI software platform.
Perform hands-on technical execution
Use strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve field issues, maintain system accuracy, and execute strict testing protocols.
Serve as a global brand ambassador
Be the engaging, trusted face of AccuSentry during client visits — building long-term rapport and speaking fluently in "customer language" at every level of an organization.
Own system layout & integration
Use CAD software (SolidWorks) to review mechanical configurations and ensure our vision systems integrate seamlessly into automated production lines.
Train & empower clients
Deliver clear, engaging technical training and operational support to client engineering and production teams.
Drive continuous improvement
Bring a curious, proactive mindset to every job — capturing field insights to propose platform enhancements and workflow improvements.
Manage projects & travel
Run field projects end to end and embrace domestic and international travel (25–30%), with enthusiasm for new cultures and comfort with ambiguity and change.

What You'll Need

Technical foundation
BS in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 1–2 years of relevant technical experience. Internships considered.
Core technical skills
Proficiency in SolidWorks, hands-on mechanical experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and working knowledge of Windows OS.
AI-era adaptability
A curious mind, open-mindedness, and eagerness to embrace AI platforms, continuous technological change, and new ways of working.
Relationship & soft skills
Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to build rapport and engage positively in any client interaction.
Global & cultural enthusiasm
Excited to travel, engage with diverse cultures, and adapt effectively to field conditions.
Work authorization & language
Fluency in English; must be legally authorized to work in the United States (US Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred).
